On 22 October 2024, the EFFPA General Assembly elected Mr Richard Lee (UK), as its new Vice-President of the European Former Foodstuff Processors Association. Richard Lee is Chair of the UK Former Foodstuff Processors Association (UKFFPA) and Technical Manager at SugaRich, the largest former foodstuff processor in the UK.

EFFPA Vice-President Richard Lee: “I am honored by the trust and appreciation from the EFFPA members to support the association in the promotion of the interests of the European former foodstuff processing sector. Though we represent a well-established sector in numerous countries, there is still work to do to optimise production conditions and further explore the opportunities for increased sustainable production of food and feed production”.
